Record treatments and check withdrawal dates before selling treated product.
Before you start
Use an active Lot. Check the product's label and withdrawal defaults in Inventory. Medicines require Meat and Eggs withdrawal days, including 0 where the label says none.
Record a treatment

- Open a Lot's Health > Record treatment, or Health > Treatments > Record treatment for several Lots.
- Choose administered date, Farm and Lots; enter birds treated for each. Switching farm clears other selections. Done collapses the selection; Edit reopens it.
- Under Medication / vaccine, choose product type, then product. Check route, optional dose with unit, and label withdrawal days. + New adds a product; + Unlisted records one you do not stock.
- Enter Meat and Eggs withdrawal days. Vaccines/supplements may leave a period blank only where no withdrawal applies. Save product defaults in Inventory for next time.
- If issuing tracked stock, tick Debit medication stock? and select item, total quantity, unit, location and batch. Expired/quarantined batches are refused. Multiple Lots share the quantity by birds treated. Stock permission is required; ask a manager if blocked.
- Choose Record treatment. Review date, Lots, birds, product, dose, stock and withdrawal end dates. Confirm and record, or Back to edit.
Online, the treatment or register opens. Offline, the form confirms queued work. Dates use your organization's time zone. Withdrawals run from treatment date plus label days; you cannot shorten the calculated end date by hand.
For suspected reportable disease, tick Suspected reportable disease (WOAH)? and choose the code for review. If no code fits, describe it in Notes instead.
Record a scheduled treatment
Open the task's Record treatment, or Record under Upcoming treatments. Check the prefilled Lot and product. Recording completes the task. If administered on another day, review whether later tasks should move by the same number of days. The option is preselected for differences up to 30 days; check each old/new date.
Record a treatment bought with an expense
Tick Record the treatment next on a Medication, Supplements or Veterinary services expense. Check the prefilled Lots/date and actual quantity given, especially when the purchase entered stock. Alternatively use + Record treatment on the expense later.
Open, edit or delete a treatment
Open a treatment row for details and Record history.
- Edit: correct allowed fields, give Reason for the change and Save changes. Withdrawal dates recalculate. Lot and stock issued cannot change; delete and re-record if those are wrong.
- Delete: give a reason. The withdrawal releases and issued stock returns at its original issue cost. History stays; deletion cannot be undone.
If another person changes it first, refresh before trying again.
While a withdrawal is active

The Lot banner gives the clear date. Sales, harvests and saleable egg collection are checked against the activity date, even if entered offline or synced later. Multiple treatments use the latest relevant clear date.
Authorized sale/collection overrides require a written reason and remain auditable. Override eggs enter Withheld, never saleable stock. Treat this as a food-safety exception.
When it clears
Withdrawal clears automatically at its end date; no manual closure is needed.
What you get

Health shows upcoming scheduled treatments and the withdrawal board. Closed or empty Lots leave the board but keep treatment and calendar history. Open the register for treatment details and Inventory for medication movements.
