What we do
Each farm's records are kept apart
Every farm business has its own database space. One account cannot read another farm's records.
Corrections leave a trail
Records are never edited in place. A fix is a new entry, and an append-only audit log keeps who did what and when.
You decide who sees what
Owners give each person a role that sets what they can view, record and approve. Sensitive actions need two-step verification.
Encrypted and hosted in the EU
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The service is hosted with Amazon Web Services in the European Union (Ireland).
Access by our team
Access to stored data is limited to authorised systems and staff. When our support team opens your account to help you, that access is recorded.
Payments
Card details are entered on our payment provider’s secure page. PoultryDesk never sees or stores your card number.
Your records stay yours
Lists and reports download as CSV files whenever you need them, and we prepare a complete export of your Organization’s records on request. What we keep, and for how long, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
