Every sale and expense ends up on a lot, so profit is per flock. Shared costs like feed, labour or electricity split evenly across lots, and on Mother Hen (Business) also by birds, feed used, house area or your own ratio.

Whether you run a shop or storefront, sell wholesale or supply distributors, PoultryDesk is your point of sale. Serve walk-in buyers or regular customers at their own prices and record cash, mobile money, bank transfer or credit. Sell your own graded eggs or eggs you purchased from other farms, and the two stocks stay separate. Credit sales and invoices go on each customer's account, so you can see who still owes you. Questions farmers ask
Do my workers need special phones?
No. PoultryDesk runs in the web browser on an ordinary phone, so there is nothing to install from an app store.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Starter is free for 1 site, 3 team members and 5 active lots, with no card needed. Compare plans
Can I use it to sell eggs at my shop or wholesale?
Yes, from Grower (Pro). Record counter sales to walk-in buyers and bulk sales to retailers, traders and distributors, paid by cash, mobile money, bank transfer or on credit. Give regular buyers their own prices, send invoices to buyers who pay later, and sell your own eggs or eggs you purchased from other farms. PoultryDesk records the payment you received; it does not print till slips, scan barcodes or collect mobile-money payments for you. How recording a sale works
Can I run several farms from one account?
Yes. Each farm is a site in your Organization, with its own houses, flocks and stock, and you see them together. Starter covers one site; paid plans cover more. Compare site limits
Can I bring in my existing records?
Yes, from Grower (Pro). Fill in a CSV template, upload it, then review and correct each record. Nothing is imported until you approve it. How importing works
How do I pay?
Checkout is run by Paddle, our merchant of record. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. If checkout is not available in your country, contact us. Contact us
Will I get an invoice? Is tax added?
Paddle issues your receipt and invoice. Prices exclude tax; Paddle adds any tax due where you are at checkout.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time in Billing, without calling us. You keep paid access until the end of the period you paid for; then your Organization loses access. Refund Policy
Who owns the farm records?
Your Organization does. You can export your records at any time, and each farm's records are kept separate from every other farm's. Terms of Service
What happens when there is no signal?
Open the capture screen while connected first. New entries are then saved on the phone and marked as queued, and sent when the connection returns. Each entry then shows whether it was saved or rejected, so nothing is lost without you knowing. How offline capture works
