The audit trail
Review who recorded or changed something, when, and on which device.
Viewing the timeline

- Open Audit.
- Choose Audit trail for sensitive changes, Events for farm entries, or Devices for recording phones/browsers.
- On Events, Filter by type, date, person, Site, House, Lot or device.
- Open a row by its time for full detail; select a Lot/device to follow it.
Device references identify installations, not people. Older or system entries may have none. House filtering uses the Lot's original placement house.
Naming devices
In Audit > Devices, open the row menu and Rename (Owner by default). Names appear in history and exports. Clearing restores the browser/system label. Renaming never revokes access; remove membership or reset a password for that.
Signing an entry
- Open an Event and Sign this entry while online.
- Choose Verified, Approved or Reviewed and optional notes.
- Confirm with your authenticator, or password if you have no authenticator.
Owners can sign; others need Sign entries to verify or approve them. A password or authenticator is required. Signatures cannot change or be removed and do not change the entry. Matches confirms its recorded fingerprint.
Why it can be trusted
Corrections append to history; they never overwrite the original. Your organization's trail stays separate from others.
Exporting a packet
Filter Events, then Download CSV for rows or Download JSON for an
evidence packet with organization, filters, exporter and time. Each holds up to
10,000 entries. If capped, narrow the date range and export in parts; capped
CSV filenames end first-10000-rows.csv.
